No Cost “What’s Next” Coaching Session (45 minutes)
During the “What’s Next” consultation, we’ll get to know each other and determine if your goals align with my coaching expertise. If we agree to move forward, a customized coaching recommendation outlining the program details with a fee structure will be prepared and reviewed for acceptance before the first session.
The first appointment will be a 75-minute Discovery session to identify the specific areas you would like to focus on. Subsequent sessions will be 45 minutes in length and crafted based on action items, exercises completed, and insights gained in between meetings. Additional support is available in between sessions via email, text, or short phone calls to maintain momentum.
During the coaching sessions, we will explore those things that excite you most, develop action plans, and take action that leads you to achieving your goals.
