Life Coach Beth Allison
I am a calm, safe harbor for those navigating life’s turbulent waters.
Why Choose Me As Your Coach
Safe Harbor Life Coaching Approach
My corporate career spanned over 35 years in various client services, marketing, personnel management, organizational development, and quality control roles.
I thrived through 2 layoffs during which time I moved to Massachusetts, then to Georgia, and back home to Connecticut, to the company I first worked at out of college.
I had known for a while I was ready to make the leap of faith and leave the “known” of corporate America, but this time it was for a significant career change.
I took the time to consider my age and stage in life, which included how to bridge the gap to/through retirement, having flexibility to support the needs of aging parents, finding a work/life balance all while feeling “good” about what I was doing.
This led me to become a Life Transitions Coach to support others during times of a career change or preparing for retirement.
Whatever life-changing event you are experiencing, I look forward to sharing with you the wisdom, experience, and aspects of transitioning that I have learned along the way.
