Your Voice, Uninterrupted
You’re Invited To the Permission Slip Weekend!
You’ve been listening to everything and everyone else.
This is your space to finally listen to yourself.
In my experience, most women (myself included) stay in this mode longer than they need to, because they don’t give themselves the time and space to actually hear themselves.
That’s exactly why I created this weekend.
The Permission Slip Weekend is a small, intentional retreat designed for highly responsible women ready to reconnect with their voice, desires, and direction without stepping away from the life they’ve built.
You may find yourself standing in the quiet in-between, where the way you’ve been living no longer fits as it once did, but what’s next isn’t fully clear yet. It can feel like you’ve closed one door… and are pausing in the hallway, sensing another is ready to open.
Maybe you’ve caught yourself wondering, “Is this really it?” or “Why doesn’t this feel the way it used to?”
You might feel a pull toward something more without knowing what that “more” is… or what it would ask of you.
It’s a space that can feel both uncertain and at the same time full of possibility, where something within you is asking to be heard, even if you’re not sure what it’s saying just yet.
And in the midst of that in-between, you may notice yourself…
avoiding conversations that feel difficult or vulnerable
carrying a quiet sense of frustration or uncertainty
moving through your days on autopilot, without deviation from your routine
If this is you, let’s talk!
The Experience
This weekend is designed to gently guide you out of the noise of everyday life and back into a rhythm that feels more like your own.
There is a natural flow to our time together - one that blends thoughtful discussions, personal reflection, and space to simply be. Allowing you to intentionally listen to what’s been asking for your attention.
You’ll have time to write, think, rest, take a walk, or connect with the other women without expectation or pressure
Everything has been purposefully designed to feel supportive and meet you where you are.
By the end of the weekend, something begins to shift, not because you forced it, but because you finally gave yourself the space to listen.
This is something I know well
I know what it’s like to feel successful on paper (6-figure salary, 3 weeks of vacation, health benefits, and a generous 401 (k) package), yet to sense that something no longer fits.
When I finally paid attention to the quiet voice within me, telling me there was something more, something different, I realized my job was no longer a fit, even if I couldn’t yet name what my next career move would be.
As a planner and doer by nature, that wasn’t easy. It took time and patience for me to understand that I didn’t need to have it all figured out to begin moving in a different direction.
So, I started saying yes to what felt worth exploring, revisiting ideas I had once set aside, and pausing long enough to consider what might be possible.
In the midst of all the questions I was asking myself, the one that proved most impactful was
“What is most important to me now? Or asked another way, “What are my non-negotiables?” And I found the “what’s” were about life alignment.
It came down to wanting 4 things:
Time flexibility
One last job before I “retire.”
Geography flexibility
To be good at what I did and to feel good about what I did
My career journey went from societal expectation to one that has been shaped by learning to listen inward, even when the next step isn’t clear. I’ve come to believe that meaningful change doesn’t require starting over; it comes from realignment, from reconnecting to your own voice and making choices from within.
I create space that is thoughtful, supportive, and free of pressure so you can slow down, reflect, and trust what begins to emerge.
Clarity doesn’t come first; choice does.
So, what does that look like in practice?
This kind of experience isn’t for everyone… and it’s not meant to be
This is for you if…
You’ve been showing up for everyone and everything, and feel a growing disconnect from yourself
You’re sensing a shift, but can’t quite name what it is
Parts of your life no longer feel like you, even though they “look right” on the outside
You’re craving space to think, feel, and hear yourself more clearly without pressure, urgency, or expectation
You don’t want to dismantle your life; you simply want to realign within it
If you see yourself here, you’re not alone, and you’re in the right place.
This is not for you if…
You’re looking for quick answers or someone to tell you exactly what to do
You’re not open to reflection or creating space to hear your own thoughts
You prefer a highly structured, fast-paced, or outcome-driven environment
You’re expecting a “fix” or a dramatic overnight transformation
You’re not willing to step away, even briefly, from your usual roles and responsibilities
This is a different kind of experience, one that asks you to slow down, tune in, and trust what you hear and feel.
If this is you, let’s talk!
Results You Can Expect
What You’ll Walk Away With
A deeper sense of clarity.
Clearer understanding of what matters most to you now, and what’s been quietly asking for your attention.
A renewed connection to yourself.
To your voice, your desires, and the parts of you that may have been set aside as responsibilities and obligations took priority.
A steadier sense of direction.
Not a rigid plan, but a feeling of being more grounded in what’s next and the confidence to begin moving toward it in a way that feels aligned.
Simple, practical ways to carry forward.
Small shifts, perspectives, and practices you can integrate, so the clarity and connection you experience here naturally carry forward into your everyday life.
The Permission Slip Weekend | Details
October 8 – 11, 2026: Mooresville, NC on Lake Norman
An intimate group of 8 women in a thoughtfully chosen space for reflection, conversation, and time away from your usual pace.
Lodging, meals, and guided experiences are included.
We’ll walk through the details during our call so you can get a feel for what’s right for you.
If you’re feeling a pull toward this, let’s talk
There’s one more piece that matters here…
Real and meaningful shifts don’t happen on their own.
The reality is, if nothing changes, it’s easy to keep choosing what you’re familiar with over what feels true.
And slowly, almost without noticing, the gap between the life you’re living and the way you want to be living and feeling can begin to widen.
You may keep telling yourself that you’ll think about it later… when life calms down, when there’s more time, when things feel clearer.
But clarity rarely comes from continuing to push through on autopilot. It comes from creating the space to pause, listen, and pay attention to what’s asking for more.
A year from now, you can still be wondering when you stopped prioritizing yourself… or you can decide you’re done waiting for when…
Your Questions, Answered
-
Most women come on their own. The small, intimate nature of the weekend allows connection to happen naturally and without pressure.
-
No. You are always invited to engage in the way that feels most supportive to you. This is your time, and you’re free to participate, reflect, or step back as needed.
-
Yes. The weekend is intentionally designed with space built in time to rest, reflect, take a walk, and stay connected back home.
-
It’s a blend of both. There will be intentional discussions and opportunities for reflection, along with optional 1:1 coaching - balanced with space to relax and integrate.
-
If something about this is resonating, even quietly, that’s worth paying attention to. The best next step is a simple conversation to explore whether it feels like a good fit.

If something about this weekend is resonating, even quietly, it’s worth paying attention.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to decide right now.
The next step is simply a conversation.
A chance to connect, ask questions, and explore whether this feels like the right fit for you.
Maybe the only thing missing…
is giving yourself permission to listen.
