Life Balance Coaching

Have you outgrown your current position, experienced a significant change in circumstances, or has something else mid-life thrown your way?

Get support, guidance, and create a plan so that you can enjoy the days, weeks, months and years ahead.

What Is Life Balance Coaching?

Life Balance Coaching is about helping individuals create harmony among the many aspects of their lives — work, relationships, health, personal growth, hobbies, and inner peace — so they can feel grounded, purposeful, and energized. It’s not about rigid schedules or perfect equilibrium, but about aligning your priorities with your values so you can live with intention.

Impacted by a company being downsized or consolidating?

  • Pressured to chase the paycheck, so limited job search to positions “like” you’ve done.

  • Overwhelmed with the competitive landscape and struggling to stay focused.

  • Uncertain about if or how to make an industry change.

Feeling stuck in life or in a career rut?

  • At the end of the day, you feel drained with no energy to spend time with family and friends.

  • Feeling like you’re at a dead-end job and don’t think you’re qualified to do anything else.

  • Most days, you feel like you are on autopilot and miss being challenged.

Why I Chose Life Transitions Coaching After 35 Years in Corporate

My corporate career spanned over 35 years in various client services, marketing, personnel management, organizational development, and quality control roles.

I thrived through 2 layoffs during which time I moved to Massachusetts, then to Georgia, and back home to Connecticut, to the company I first worked at out of college.

I had known for a while I was ready to make the leap of faith and leave the “known” of corporate America, but this time it was for a significant career change.

I took the time to consider my age and stage in life, which included how to bridge the gap to/through retirement, having flexibility to support the needs of aging parents, finding a work/life balance, all while feeling “good” about what I was doing.

This led me to become a Life Transitions Coach to support others during times of a career change or preparing for retirement.

Whatever life-changing event you are experiencing, I look forward to sharing with you the wisdom, experience, and aspects of transitioning that I have learned along the way.
