What Matters Most Now is a reflective, clarity-building workshop designed to help you pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with the foundations that support your well-being, energy, and sense of alignment.

Using the Priority Pillars framework, participants explore what’s draining and what’s fueling them, why their needs may be shifting, and which 3–4 areas of life matter most in this season.

Through guided reflection and simple, actionable prompts, you’ll identify your “now pillars” and leave with a small but meaningful shift you can make this week to support the life you want to live now, not someday.

This workshop blends introspection, grounded tools, and real-life insight to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention.
