Beth’s Story

My corporate career spanned over 35 years in various client services, marketing, personnel management, organizational development, and quality control roles.

I thrived through 2 layoffs during which time I moved to Massachusetts then to Georgia and back home to Connecticut - to the company I first worked at out of college.

I had known for a while I was ready to make the leap of faith and leave the “known” of corporate America, but this time it was for a significant career change.

I took the time to consider my age and stage in life which included how to bridge the gap to/through retirement, having flexibility to support the needs of aging parents, finding a work/life balance all while feeling “good” about was I was doing.

This led me to becoming a Life Transitions Coach to support others during times of a career change or readying for retirement.

Whatever life changing event you are experiencing, I look forward to sharing with you the wisdom, experience, and aspects of transitioning that I have learned along the way.

Life has thrown you a curveball

You have been dreaming of doing X, but don’t know where to start.

You have been wanting to do or try something different, but you don’t know what it is.

Regardless of the situation, personal or professional, you’ll create a roadmap forward for making changes now and have tools to that can be applied when circumstances and interests evolve along life’s journey.  The program includes 3 phases:

Assess

Discover where life feels “off”, reconnect with your core values, and reclaim the parts of yourself that got lost in the hustle.

 Align

Clarify what truly matters by establishing your priority pillars, setting powerful intentions, and exploring what’s possible—so you can confidently design a purpose-driven path forward.

 Adjust

Put your plan into motion through intentional experimentation, thoughtful planning, and aligned action—bringing clarity, purpose, and momentum into your next chapter.


 Program Details

 Nine (9) 60-minute One-to-One sessions (on average 3 sessions/stage).

Sessions occur bi-weekly, every other week, unless determined otherwise.

Momentum Check Ins are available between session via text, email or phone.
